We are both doctors with experience in humanitarian and development issues and undertook the trip in order to better understand the situation for refugees along the Balkan Route and what we all, including the UK Government, need to do to improve the situation.

Arrival on Lesvos
Arrived on Lesbos Island from Athens by ferry this morning with Chloe Baker to try to understand the journey that refugees are taking to cross our continent to find refuge.
